There will be ecstatic movement, journaling, and room for authentic connecting through testimony and witnessing.

Join us every 4th Friday for a nourishing session of tea and conversation about yogic philosophy and our spiritual journeys. This is not a lecture but an open discussion about how this practice affects our lives everyday.

Little Folkies is a multi-award winning early childhood folk music program for parents and kids ages 0-5. Little Folkies Family music class welcomes babies, toddlers and preschoolers along with their parents, grandparents and caregivers to come together every week to sing together like one big family band!

There is never a dull moment in this class, with the teacher leading the students through fun and engaging finger play activities, hand movements, fun lap songs, call and response singing and hands-on jamming with shakers and wooden kids instruments.
