The pelvic floor is a vital and powerful area of the body. Come learn more about
your pelvic floor through the unique lens of yoga. I teach this complex topic
through anatomy, awareness, breathing, and chanting, plus we will practice
releasing and strengthening activities. The asana (physical activities) will run
from the subtle to the fairly gentle. Again, no yoga experience is required.
