In this emotional embodiment workshop, Jessica Alfaqih will guide you through discussion, breathwork, movement, and guided visualization designed to expand your capacity to cultivate and hold erotic energy without shrinking from its power.

We will explore ways in which we can heighten our awareness and appreciation of our senses, and how to use erotic energy to more deeply connect with our true nature.

And we will explore how to gently release some of the constraints placed around our ability to feel into the aliveness, power, and energy that the erotic invites us into.

This workshop welcomes all levels of experience with breathwork and somatic practices – no prior experience is necessary.

Jessica Alfaqih, M.A. (she/her) is a Psychedelic Sensual Empowerment Coach of mixed Lebanese-European heritage, living and working on the ancestral and unceded land of the Chochenyo speaking Ohlone people. She works with humans who feel like they’ve “tried everything” but still struggle to let go of past trauma, lived experience, and limiting beliefs that undermine their connection to pleasure and sensual power. As a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, certified Sex & Pleasure Coach, and Psychedelic Integration guide, she works in deep mind-body reprogramming to release trauma and rewire neural pathways so that the inner work, power, and beauty that you’ve cultivated within yourself shows up in your beliefs, actions, and relationships.
