All regular classes are at offered at a sliding scale of $25-$17 for accessibility.

    Join us every 4th Friday for a nourishing session of tea and conversation about yogic philosophy and our spiritual journeys. This is not a lecture but an open discussion about how this practice affects our lives everyday.

  • Yoga for the Queer Community

    Friday June 20th 7:30pm

    Class is centered around LGBTQ2IA+ community (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual/Pansexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Same-Gender Loving and Two-Spirit communities) and allies.

    This empowering class offers a slow nourishing, low impact flow, with lots of self-love infused. Mindful movement has been proven to help feel more present, accepting, and alive in our bodies.

    Movement class will be followed by 15 minutes for sharing and communing with each other.
