This Breathwork Journey is not pranayama or box breathing. It is a deep dive into your consciousness to reset your body and mind. Circular Breathwork moves trapped energy out of the body with somatic cleansing and clearing. This assists us in our ability to see, hear, feel, and know on a higher level. Our expanded state of consciousness can work through us and for us into release, insight, clarity, and more love. This gets you back on track with your life journey.

Tammy Hayano has guided Breathwork Journeys since 2022. She trained with Tai Hubbert (Sword and Lotus) and in David Elliot's style with Mackenzie Smith. Tammy facilitates from a trauma-informed approach and creates a strong, supportive container for individuals to move through their experience.

Join us every 4th Friday for a nourishing session of tea and conversation about yogic philosophy and our spiritual journeys. This is not a lecture but an open discussion about how this practice affects our lives everyday.

This months topic: Isvara Pranhidana (AKA Surrender)

Adults Only 18+ event) Join us for 2 1/2 hours of stretching and figure drawing. Each participant will have an opportunity to model (if desired) and to draw several other models. Choose your attire and your supplies for drawing.

Options for modeling dress are:
1.    Tight (form fitting) clothing
2.    Nude
3.    Costume (Clothing with interesting shape/color)

Yoga teacher Sunset (they/them) will assist with posing, including use of props for support. Artists Rae (they/she) and Elaine (she/they) will assist with art making technique. We will supply mats & props, safe space, refreshments, and limited drawing materials. Please bring any art supplies that you’d like to use & feel free to bring your own mats or pillows for more comfort. Photography will not be allowed during the event. Class is centered around folx who are black, indigenous, or identify as a person of color. This is a space to liberate yourself from the idea that you need to fix yourself, or be perfect to achieve liberation. There will be tea and witnessing after flow. Allies are welcome, we request you to please be mindful of the space you take up in the room.
