Community Massage Clinic - 30 Minute massage administered by the Melted Muscle. This massage will target key pressure points in the joints and muscles to release tension and encourage the flow of chi (energy). You will be able to stay fully clothed during the massage.

Donations will go to the Social Justice Collaborative, assisting low-income immigrant communities at risk of deportation by providing them with comprehensive, direct, and high-quality legal services that are culturally competent, at little to no cost.

Arm Balancing with Sunset

Build the confidence, Strength and concentration you need to safely land arm balancing poses. This 3 week series offers you a chance to experience arm balances in a safe, kind and guided environment.

Each class can be taken independently, or the sessions will build on each other if you attend all three. To attend, you should have some experience practicing yoga & should feel comfortable in Chaturanga. During the second and third weeks, experience with Crow pose will be a helpful foundation. You don't have to be an expert, wobbles and wiggles welcome!

Class is centered around LGBTQ2IA+ community (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual/Pansexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Same-Gender Loving and Two-Spirit communities). Allies are welcome, please be mindful of how much space you take with your words. You deserve attention, and love just as you are. This empowering class offers a slow nourishing, low impact flow, with lots of self-love infused. Mindful movement has been proven to help feel more present, accepting, and alive in our bodies.

Finding this loving space that us our true nature is especially important now as our communities are under constant threat.

Movement class will be followed by 15 minutes for journaling, sharing and communing with each other.
